Leslie D. Sowl
Founder and Chief Instructor for High Reaches.
Leslie has instructor credentials from the Shinsei
Hapkido Federation, Polished Arrow Christian
Martial Arts Network, and Karate for Christ
International. She completed a B.S. in Education
from Baldwin-Wallace College. Leslie holds
earned rank in Kempo Karate, Shorinji Ryu Kenpo
and her primary style of Shinsei Hapkido.
Leslie has been teaching martial arts to children
and adults since 2000.

Assistant Instructor for High Reaches.
Kim has 14 years as an Ohio Park Ranger under
her belt and she is a former R.A.D. Instructor
(Rape Aggression Defense). Kim is founder of
S.T.A.N.C.E. Women's Assault Prevention. She
holds rank in Taekwondo and her primary style
of Shinsei Hapkido. Kim has fought and trained
with full contact fighters and has over 20 years
in the martial arts. She is also a certified
instructor through Karate for Christ International.
